I have more than 15 years of experience in complete project management from taking the initial design brief through to the successful conceptualizing, designing and installation of trade show booth at site. 

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Job responsibilities.

- Taking complete initial briefing from client either through meeting them 

  personally or acquiring it online. 

- Visualizing, designing and planning a wide variety of trade show stands, 

  ensuring all the design proposals have met every requirement in the 

  clients’ given brief as creatively as possible. 

- Strictly working within the given timescale and budgets

 

Presentation.

- Clearly specifying all materials and finishes in accurate and detailed 

  working drawings to ensure the highest standards are achieved.

- Making final presentation to the client.

- Preparing estimates and price quotes.

 

Project Management.

- Supervision of projects at shop and on site.

- Liaison between client, contractors, suppliers and show organizers 

  throughout the build-up to ensure a smooth and successful event for the 

  client
